quicknote history is gone. normally, I wouldn't care, but it happened like this, I'm a premium, and the real only reason I went premium is for the quicknote history, and it's going on and off. now, I'm sure i'm not the only 1 who's pissed, just post and say what you all think

I agree. I became premium this month, and one of the reasons was the quicknote history feature. I think that they should either extend our memberships to make up for the time lost, or refund all money.

it was woorking, but now it's not again.
What I'm frustrated about is the sight bogging down so much and/or not being at all accessible. I do come online when I get a chance from doing other things, and/or while I'm working on other things that don't need my entire attention, and when I come online I expect it to be available. I could of course handle down time now and then, but this has been damn near every day!
We're still looking at problem areas to see what's bogging down the site. bBasically, a good chunk of the site wasn't programmed with a lot of speed in mind, which has become more apparent as more people have signed up. Believe me, we'll make it worth the wait and will probably extend memberships some more.

ok, it's been near a month now, and I'm really pissed, it'll work for an hour, and then it'lln go down, why not put it on a separate website rather than letting it crash the rest. is that so difficult?
